We continue to make progress on our stone installation at the ongoing Park Modern project in London, working alongside Ant Yapi to ensure a high-quality finish in this remarkable residential development.
Our scope of work includes stone installations in key areas of the building, from Level 1 to Level 7. We are responsible for lift lobbies, entrance lobbies of apartments, apartment bathrooms, entrance lobbies (B3-GF), and fitting porcelain pavers on pedestals to the balconies.
In this update, we would like to showcase the progress made in the apartment bathrooms, where we have been working with book-matched stones. Our skilled team has been carrying out waterproofing, tanking, backer boarding, and flood testing, preparing for the final stage of stone installation. This attention to detail ensures the durability and longevity of the stone finishes, contributing to the luxurious living experience for future residents.
Adjacent to Hyde Park, Park Modern features 57 luxury apartments over nine levels, providing exceptional amenities and views.
