20 Old Bailey

The 20 Old Bailey refurbishment offers over 240,000 sq ft of prime commercial office space in the heart of the City of London. The renovation involved a complete internal and external renovation, presenting a contemporary minimalist facade and internal design. 

Chiltern Contracts were appointed by ISG to complete a refit of the communal areas of the building. The specification involved large format porcelain tiles to the lobby areas, with a lighter grey grout to finish.
