The BoTree is a 5-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of London’s West End, where Marylebone, Mayfair, and Soho meet. Designed to capture the vibrant and village-like atmosphere of the district, the hotel offers 199 rooms, including 30 suites, along with a restaurant and bar. The BoTree prides itself in delivering “Conscious Luxury” designed to nourish whilst caring for the planet with considered, innovative touches.

Chiltern Contracts played a crucial role in enhancing the hotel’s elegance and functionality by supplying, manufacturing, and installing bespoke stone elements. In the reception area, Venice Villa Ivory terrazzo flooring and marble bar tops were installed, creating a sophisticated ambience. The BoTree Bar features Aosta Green Marble flooring and lava stone details, complemented by a marble bar top crafted in Chiltern’s Bedford factory, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship.

In Lavo, a custom marble bar top was added, enhancing the upscale dining experience. Chiltern's work extended to the back-of-house areas, installing tiles from the ground floor to lower levels B1 to B4, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic throughout. The event space on the lower levels showcases exquisite marble bar tops and Art Stone Abyss Grey in staircases and lift lobbies, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to luxury.
